on october 30, the hohhot municipal ecological environment bureau issued an approval for the environmental impact report of inner mongolia xinhuan silicon energy technology co., ltd.’s 20,000t/a silicon-based new material project.
the project will build a new liquid glue workshop and a liquid glue packaging workshop each, with supporting construction of chilled water units, hazardous waste temporary storage, waste gas treatment systems, etc., with an annual production capacity of 16,000 tons of liquid glue base and mixed rubber base. 4,000 tons and 12,000 tons of intermediate product vinyl silicone oil. the project is constructed in two phases. the first and second phase construction capacities are respectively annual production of 6,000 tons of silicone oil, 8,000 tons of liquid gum base, and 2,000 tons of mixed gum base.
