from january to august, the electricity consumption of the primary industry was 2.248 billion kilowatt hours, an increase of 31.8%. the electricity consumption of the secondary industry was 75.305 billion kilowatt hours, an increase of 0.9%. the electricity consumption of the tertiary industry was 32.969 billion kilowatt hours, an increase of 8.8%.
in august, the electricity consumption of the primary industry was 383 million kilowatt hours, an increase of 1.7%. the electricity consumption of the secondary industry was 10.442 billion kilowatt hours, an increase of 3.0%. the electricity consumption of the tertiary industry was 5.130 billion kilowatt hours, a decrease of 1.5%.
from january to august, the domestic electricity consumption of urban and rural residents was 43.945 billion kilowatt hours, a decrease of 4.6%. in august, the domestic electricity consumption of urban and rural residents was 7.314 billion kilowatt hours, a decrease of 19.6%.
