
according to the latest report of the cambodian general administration of rubber, cambodia exported 170,968 tons of rubber in the first seven months of 2023, an increase of 3% over the same period last year.
the report said that in the first 7 months, the country earned us$228.5 million from the export of rubber, a decrease of 12.8% from us$262.2 million in the same period last year; low about $244.
the country's rubber is mainly exported to malaysia, vietnam, singapore and china.
as of now, cambodia has a total of 404,578 hectares of rubber plantations, of which 315,332 hectares or 78% are harvestable.
