advanc3d launches tpu material for 3d printing

advanc3d materials recently developed a new tpu 3d printing material" adsint tpu 80 sha” for sls (selective laser sintering), a technology developed by the company itself. engineering polymer materials for laser sintering are still limited, and the process of improving materials used in traditional processes for 3d printing technology is not easy. this sls material is for special conditions only.

this material has a maximum elongation of 600%, making it a highly elastic material.

due to the material's perfectly spherical particles, and its very small size - which can be seen under a microscope, the surface of the printed product is smooth.

due to the use of laser heating, the hardness of the finished product can be further reduced.
