on march 17, chemical announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary chemical (ningbo) co., ltd. mdi phase ii plant (800,000 tons/year) began to stop production on february 13 maintenance, as of now, the shutn and maintenance of the above-mentioned mdi device has ended, and normal production has resumed.
chemical ningbo currently has an mdi production capacity of 400,000 tons/year for the first phase and 800,000 tons/year for the second phase. the total mdi production capacity in ningbo is 1.2 million tons.
