on april 17, the ecological environment bureau of the management committee of ningdong energy and chemical industry base accepted the environmental impact assessment documents of ningxia yongli electronic new materials co., ltd. photoelectric green hydrogen green ammonia solvent industrial chain extension demonstration project (phase i)!
project overview:
the project is located in ningdong energy and chemical industry base. it will be implemented in phases according to one plan. in the first phase, 20,000 nm^3/h water electrolysis hydrogen production, 200,000 tons of synthetic ammonia and other production devices and supporting auxiliary facilities will be built;
in the second phase, 150,000 tons of methylamine, 100,000 tons of n-methylpyrrolidone, 50,000 tons of dimethylacetamide and 50,000 tons of dimethylformamide and other production equipment and supporting auxiliary facilities will be built.
after the completion of the project, the annual output will be 200,000 tons of synthetic ammonia, 150,000 tons of methylamine, 100,000 tons of n-methylpyrrolidone, 50,000 tons of dimethylacetamide, 50,000 tons of dimethylformamide and 20,000 standard cubic meters of hydrogen.
the raw materials of the project are hydrogen and nitrogen. the hydrogen comes from the 50,000 nm3/h photoelectric green hydrogen production project of yongli company. the nitrogen comes from the air separation unit of the ethylene glycol project of kunpeng company. the project is scheduled to be completed in may 2024.
