the three new products in trial production have good optical properties, high impact strength, and high transparency. they are mainly used for household items and packaging items, and have broad market application prospects. in view of the fact that the production technology is difficult and the operation level is high, the zhongke refining and chemical technology team and the experts from the beijing institute of chemical technology deeply analyzed the performance of the new product, optimized the production parameters and additive formula many times, carefully evaluated the risks, and formulated emergency response measures to ensure that the product development process went smoothly. at the same time, the on-site monitoring of unit operation was strengthened, the frequency of product analysis was increased, the analysis results were closely tracked, and optimization and adjustments were made in a timely manner to effectively ensure product quality.
