in terms of industries, the main energy-consuming industries experienced “four declines and two increases”. the comprehensive energy consumption of the six major industrial sectors was 7.472 million tons of standard coal, a year-on-year decrease of 9.3%. among them: the energy consumption of the iron and steel industry decreased by 18.6% year-on-year, the coal industry decreased by 4.2%, the coking industry decreased by 0.7%, the chemical industry decreased by 4.0%, the power generation industry increased by 0.5%, and the building materials industry increased by 10.7%.
