it is reported that the total investment of the baowu special metallurgical materials ma'anshan base project is about 2 billion yuan, and the total land area is about 440 mu. the project is constructed in two phases. the first phase of the project covers an area of about 170 mu and has a total investment of about 1.2 billion yuan. it mainly builds electric furnace workshops for the production of nickel-based alloys, special structural steels, special stainless steels, and special-grade die steels. the products are widely used in national defense. the six major industries of military industry, energy power station, advanced transportation, construction machinery, petrochemical industry and environmental protection are expected to be completed in october next year. after it is completed and put into production, it can form a production scale with an annual output of about 146,300 tons of steel ingots, and is expected to achieve an annual sales income of 2.2 billion yuan. the second phase of the project covers an area of about 270 mu, mainly for the construction of electroslag remelting workshop and finished material workshop.
