appearance:brown liquid viscosity (25℃/sec):80 - 125mmp solid content:60% - 65% gel time:12mins - 13mins softening point:90℃ phenolic resin is a new generation of phenolic resin which is dedicated to grinding wheel mesh. 1. flexibility & non-sticky: low viscosity makes glass fibres mesh non-sticky , even in summer high temperature, even it is placed a long time, the grinding wheel mesh is still easy to separate, and non-discolouring. 2. anti-tensile & won’t lose glue: it is fit for flexible grinding wheel mesh. 3. strong adhesion & high durability: although it is non-sticky, there’s no no effect on the adhesion, it could combine the mesh and grinding wheel very well. especially on flexible grinding wheel. 4. no additive: there’s no additive during producing this phenolic resin, it is to avoid reducing the adhesion for the additive. |
