product name: release agent for pu s h o e sole product id: silibasemd-4309 features of silibasemd-4309 release agent for pu s h o e sole: ● reduce build-up on mold surface and control transfer to the molded products. ● lower scrap rates in molding operations to increase productivity. ● help to achieve post-processing (adhesion, gloss varnish, paint etc.) usage of silibasemd-4309 release agent for pu s h o e sole: ● first use a suitable solvent or cleaning agents thoroughly washed to remove residual or other stains, then wipe the mould by a clean cloth or towel. ● dilution ratio is 1:20(polyether) and 1:25(polyester). after dilution, spray by air-assisted equipment or used by brush or cotton cloth. ● spray 3-5 layers for new mold or cleaned mold evenly with the release agent fully covered in mold. ● you can use an air gun to blow-dry the release agent and finally use a clean cotton cloth to wipe the mold. release agent must be thorough dry before pu injection. packaging of silibasemd-4309 release agent for pu s h o e sole: 25kgs/barrel, 200kgs/drum, but we can do more according to customer’s request. |
