product name: pu elastomer release agent code: silibasera-4311 description: silibasera-4311 pu elastomer release agent is the organ silicone and teflon mixed liquid, excellent heat stability and chemical stability, good at remold and isolation effectiveness, non-corroding and without residual on the mould and good at mould surface, not influence the product's adhesiveness and paint, not pollute the mould. silibasera-4311 pu elastomer release agent is concentrated of high pure silicone, avirulent insipidity, high lashing point for safety usage. main application: polyurethane elastomer products, pu rubber covered roller, pu seal ring release agent. standards of silibasera-4311 pu elastomer release agent: ● appearance：colorless transparency liquid ● density：0.96-0.98 g/ml ● effective constituent：100% ● viscosity：100-200 (mpas/25℃） ● flashing point：≥300℃ ● dilution ratio (by weight)：1:20 diluted with gasoline or naphtha or n-hexane ● working temperature：30~180℃ application method: ● clean the mould and warming the mould up to 50℃. ● use release agent after dilution (1kg mixed 20kgs solvent) and use the brush or spray gun to coat on the mould uniformly which can produce after the solvent volatilize. ● the quantity of use is based on the complexity and material of mould, normally pu elastomer need to spray 2-3 times. ● in order to have a better disperse on the mould surface, suggest to using the solvent mixture to dilute the release agent. store & life: at least 12 months under original sealed container during -20℃~50℃. if pass the date, it needs to be used after the check out. packing: 25kgs/barrel, 170kgs/drum |
