according to the ministry of commerce’s important production materials market monitoring system, this week (september 4-10, 2023), the average price of coal in yunnan province was 1,271.8 yuan/ton, an increase of 0.9% month-on-month. among them, the average price of thermal coal was 825.4 yuan/ton, up 3% from the previous month; the average price of coking coal was 1,990 yuan/ton, up 0.5% from the previous month; the average price of anthracite was 1,000 yuan/ton, the same as the previous month. the demand for replenishment by nstream enterprises increased, and coal prices rose slightly month-on-month. it is expected that in the later period, metallurgical, chemical and civilian industries will be actively restocking, and coal prices may rise slightly.
