
according to the latest report of the cambodian general administration of rubber, cambodia's rubber exports in the first half of 2023 increased by 2.72% year-on-year to 139,220 tons, compared with 135,537 tons in the same period last year.
data show that the country earned us$187 million from rubber exports in the first half of the year, a decrease of 13.5% from us$216.3 million in the same period last year; dollar.
the country's rubber is mainly exported to malaysia, vietnam, singapore and china.
as of now, cambodia has a total of 404,578 hectares of rubber plantations, of which 315,332 hectares or 78% are harvestable.
